Where the Name Comes From
In aviation and the military, the Ready Room is where crews gather before a mission, a place to decompress, connect, and prepare. It's not the cockpit. It's not the flight deck. It's the room where people are just people.
That's exactly what we wanted to build in Cibolo. A place where you can leave the day behind, pull up a stool, and be present. No pretense. No dress code. Just good drinks, good company, and a room that feels like it was made for you.

Supporting Those Who Served
The Ready Room was built with veterans and active-duty service members in mind. The name is a tribute and so is the way we run this place. We believe the people who serve deserve a seat at the bar and a community that has their back.
We offer a standing military and veteran discount, and we actively support local organizations that serve our armed forces community here in the greater San Antonio area. When we host fundraisers or charity events, veterans' causes come first.

Built for This Neighborhood
Cibolo is growing fast, but it's always been a community first. We opened The Ready Room because this neighborhood deserved a local bar, not a chain, not a franchise, but a place with a name on the door and people who know yours.
We pour Texas craft beer, rotate our taps with the seasons, and keep a wine list that works for a Tuesday night just as well as a Saturday celebration. Beer and wine only — we keep it focused so we can do it right.
What's Next
We're just getting started. A food program is in the works — shareable plates and late-night bites built for a bar menu. We're also exploring a full liquor license so we can eventually offer cocktails alongside our beer and wine.
As Cibolo grows, we'll grow with it. Private events, ticketed shows, seasonal specials — we're building something that lasts. Follow us on social or sign up for updates to stay in the loop.
