Where the Name Comes From
In aviation and the military, the Ready Room is where crews gather before a mission, a place to decompress, connect, and prepare. It's not the cockpit. It's not the flight deck. It's the room where people are just people.
We borrowed that name because it captures exactly what we want this bar to be: a place where the community gathers, where conversations happen, where you decompress after a long day and reconnect with the people around you.

Cibolo sits in the shadow of Joint Base San Antonio — Randolph. Military families, veterans, and active-duty personnel are woven into the fabric of this community.
The Ready Room is a small acknowledgment of that. The name, the ethos, the welcome — it's all built with this community in mind.
What We're Here to Do
We're here to be the neighborhood bar Cibolo deserves — a place with good drinks, live music, and no pretense.
We pour craft beer, rotate our taps with the seasons, keep a wine list that works for any occasion, and serve a full bar with bourbon, spirits, and cocktails.
What's Coming
We're continuing to grow — expanding our food program with shareable plates and late-night bites built for a bar menu.
